Event theme: Favorite Christmas Movies

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the top 2 teams, plus a Crowd Favorite team.

The best decorated booth will receive a prize for Best Booth.

Costume Contest: Teams are encouraged to dress according to the event theme. This
year’s theme is “Favorite Christmas Movie”. Do you love the older classics like Miracle
on 34 th street and It’s a Wonderful Life? Maybe you like the newer generation of
Christmas films like How the Grinch Stole Christmas (Jim Carrey version) or Elf. You
may even think the best era of Christmas films was the 80’s and 90’s with such classics
like A Christmas Story, Home Alone and National Lampoons Christmas Vacation.
Whatever film you like best, we encourage you to come out and represent your favorite
Christmas film with a costume! Prizes will be awarded for originality.

Chili challenge rules and information: Teams must arrive to set up no later than 3:00 pm. Each team must bring a minimum of two crock pots of chili, toppings, and serving pieces. Serving bowls and utensils will be provided. Please bring your own power cord/surge protector and table, if possible. If you would like to borrow one for the event, please let us know. Judging begins at 3:30 pm. The event will be open to serve the public at 4:00 pm.

Cornhole Tournament

Registration fee: $30 per team / $40 after Early Bird Deadline

Rules and Regulations: All participants must be at least 14-years-old. Cornhole boards, bags, and score board will be provided. Teams may bring their own bags and boards for practice. Teams will be expected to keep their own score. Four teams will play simultaneously on two pre-set courts. Teams should not interfere with one another. This tournament will be double elimination. Bracket will be selected at random during a drawing held at 3:30 pm. Teams should arrive no later than 3:30 pm. Teams not present at the time of the drawing will be disqualified. Registration fees will not be returned. Tournament will follow American Cornhole Association Rules. Rules will be provided. No alcohol is allowed on the premises. Each team member plays at their own risk and by returning this registration form acknowledges that CASA by the Lakes is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to one’s property on might incur by participating in this tournament.

Fee may be paid via credit card or debit card by using the form below. Checks may be made payable to CASA by the Lakes and sent to CASA by the Lakes, 1003 Poplar Street, Murray, 42071. Teams are not considered registered until the fee is paid.

All proceeds benefit child victims of abuse and neglect residing in Calloway and Marshall Counties.

3. Receive confirmation of registration.

You should receive an email confirmation within 2 business days of submitting your registration form. Please remember that teams are not considered as registered until payment is received by CASA by the Lakes.
